Cathi founded Cornerstone Family Office in 2001 after attaining the level of Partner/Senior Vice President in another boutique multi-family office. A graduate of Duquesne University with a BSBA in accounting, Cathi has spent her entire career taking care of the financial needs of wealthy clients and their families. She holds a Certified Public Accountant license, the Personal Financial Specialist designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She has extensive experience in all areas of family office services and is responsible for overall management of the firm.
Cathi is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the Financial Planning Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. She is a member of University Hospital’s Diamond Advisory Group and Round Table, the Cleveland Orchestra Advisor Club, Case Western Reserve Estate Planning Advisory Council, Cleveland Museum of Art’s Gift Planning Council and the Cleveland Museum of Natural History’s Gift Planning Advisory Council. Cathi is a former member of the Business Advisory Council of the Palumbo Donahue School of Business at Duquesne University. In addition, she served on the board of Daily Dose of Reading for over ten years.

Upon graduating from Youngstown State University with a BSBA in accounting, Carrie began her career at a large regional accounting firm attaining the level of manager. She further expanded her work experience at a boutique multi-family office, rising to the level of Vice President. Carrie joined Cornerstone Family Office in 2001, as a Principal and Vice President. Carrie holds a Certified Public Accountant license and Personal Financial Specialist designation. She also holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Akron.
Carrie is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs, the Financial Planning Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland. Carrie is a member of University Hospital’s Diamond Advisory Group, Summa Health Leadership Council, the Cleveland Museum of Art Planned Giving Council, and The Cleveland Orchestra Advisor Club. In addition, she serves on the board of Center for Arts-Inspired-Learning.

After graduating from Cleveland State University, Michelle began her career at a multinational firm and further expanded her work experience at a boutique multi-family office and a large regional accounting firm. Michelle joined Cornerstone Family Office in 2007 and is extensively involved in all aspects of client services.
In addition to her Certified Public Accountant license, Michelle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds both the Personal Financial Specialist and Accredited Estate Planner designations. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs, Financial Planning Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland.

After graduating from Ohio University, Mindy began her career in the audit practice of a multinational firm while obtaining a Master of Science in Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame. She then went on to work in several different industries, including SEC Reporting at a Manufacturing company and Investment Accounting and Analysis at an Insurance company. Mindy joined Cornerstone Family Office in 2020.
Mindy holds a Certified Public Accountant license, a Personal Financial Specialist designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. In addition, Mindy has passed Level I of the CFA program. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Financial Planning Association, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and the CFA Institute.

Carrie Beth returned to Cornerstone Family Office in September 2023 after spending a few years gaining additional experience at another Family Office Company. Carrie Beth was an Associate at Cornerstone from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that she worked at other companies gaining financial planning and business experience.
Carrie Beth graduated from Kent State University with a double major in Finance and Business Management. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and an Enrolled Agent.

Abigail joined Cornerstone Family Office in 2021 after working in the Private Client tax practice at a multinational firm. She received her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy at the University of Notre Dame and her Master’s in Accountancy at the Ohio State University.
Abigail holds a Certified Public Accountant license and is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. She is a notary public for the state of Ohio.

Aletheia returned to Cornerstone Family Office in September 2023. She received a Master of Accountancy on a data analytics track and a Bachelor of Science in accounting with a minor in finance from Case Western Reserve University. While in school, Aletheia was employed as an intern at Cornerstone as well as a multinational accounting firm.
Aletheia has passed the Certified Public Accountant exam and will receive her license upon completion of the experience requirement.

Jenny graduated from Lakeland Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business. She was in customer service at a medical supply company prior to joining Cornerstone Family Office in 2005 as our receptionist rising to the level of associate. She earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™designation from the College for Financial Planning. Jenny is very involved in client services and spends much of her time in client bill paying.

Traci graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BS in Business Administration. She joined Cornerstone Family Office in 2012 as our administrative assistant, rising to the level of Office Manager. Traci ensures that the office runs smoothly by communicating and coordinating with clients, staff, and service providers. She is also involved in client services including bill paying.

Susie obtained a BA in History from Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. She joined Cornerstone Family Office in 2023 as our Administrative Assistant. Susie is the first face and first voice of Cornerstone. Susie ensures clients have a positive experience when calling or visiting our office, as well as helping to run our office smoothly.
